Delicious + Math + class = Mathlicious class

Year 5 students has a delicous Math clas last Friday. They reviewed concepts od Multiplication and Division, studied Equivalent Fractions, Geometry and Symmetry using chocolate bars. It was absolutely fantastic!

Year 5 students are doing an outstanding job studying about the Human Body Systems in the PYP Transdisciplinary theme "Who We Are".

Year 5 celebrates Father's Day with love and joy.

Year 5 field trip to SENAI / Cia Solar

Field trip to SENAI / Cia Solar

 Year 5 students had a wonderful morning visiting SENAI (unidade Areias) / Cia Solar to consolidate the topics related to Energy, which were studied in the PYP unit

 "Sharing the Planet".

 The 5th graders could explore different kinds of resources  and were guided by SENAI teachers. 

It was a really interesting field trip!
